Hello Mozilla, is it possible to download the latest version of "firefox for android" without the playstore. I am using a custom rom and i don't want any google services running on it. I found the following page from mozilla to download the apk, but there is just an old version to download (fennec, v68): https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android The current version in the playstore is on v84.1.2, so why is it not possible to provide this version through the link above? I also found an older thread from this forum: https://support.mozilla.org/de/questions/1269114 But the noted link doesn't provide a link to an apk download. So my question is where I can download the latest apk? Please don't argue that this is unsecure because I will miss potential security updates when not using the playstore...
