Hi

I'm running 78.6.0 (32-bit) on Win10 Home x64. Since updating from 78.5.1, I now receive the following error message: "Connection to server {my servername} timed out." This occurs when I move emails between IMAP folders, but not on send and receive. Is there a fix, or do I need to go back to 78.5.1? If so, how do I report the bug/issue?

Thanks

Oisin

You start by identifying the server. But it really sounds like it might be more an anti virus issue than a Thunderbird one. (some block every update)

Hi Matt. I know what server it is - I just left this out of my post for privacy reasons. It's also not the anti-virus - I can turn this off and the problem persists. Thanks anyway. Oisin

What is your anti-virus software?

Try to start Windows in safe mode with networking enabled.

Does the problem go away?
