if you right click on the tab, you might try to use the "pin" option.

Thanks! This did it. All I had to do is pin the two additional web sites I wanted. Now when I boot I get my Firefox default and the two pinned sites.

Note that you can also add extra URLs to the target line of the Firefox desktop shortcut.
