Yesterday I went to browse Amazon and then Best Buy.com and found the pages were having graphical glitches. Firefox was rendering the pages and it appeared that images were jumping all over the window in a flickering sort of manner. I have the latest Nvidia driver for my GTX 1070 graphics card. Latest Windows 10 64-bit OS. Recently downloaded the latest Windows 10 feature pack.

Disabling Hardware acceleration in FF has completely solved the issue.. but I have used Firefox for years - is this a new bug? Let me know if seeing a video of the glitch would be helpful.

You can try to disable WebRender by setting this pref to true on the the about:config page to see if that has effect.

  • gfx.webrender.force-disabled = true

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
