After the recent update, I have not been able to open a new incognito mode window with the Ctrl + Shift + Right-click keyboard shortcut, but I am still able to open a new window with Ctrl + N and new tabs with Ctrl + T. Re-installing the browser does not work nor does the shortcut work with the other Ctrl and Shift buttons on my keyboard. I have tested my keyboard and it does not seem to be the problem as everything functions properly on it.

You can try to use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + P as that is the shortcut to open a new tab in incognito mode.

Are you using permanent private browsing mode by any chance? Under Settings > Privacy & Security > History if it says Firefox will "Never remember history" under the drop down menu, it means that you are in permanent private browsing mode.

If not, you can launch Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if Hardware Acceleration is causing the problem.
