I have issue with Firefox with multiple sites that hang up in https handshake phase and you cannot access to site with windows 11 and firefox.

For example this site wont open up with firefox but open up with every other browser just fine: https://www.verkkokauppa.com/

All diagnostic data collected from ping and tracers show that there are not any network issues in internet connection all data I have collected suggest that this issue is happening on the application layer and is issue in Firefox browser or some other reason handshake phase stucks. It feels like Firefox won't go through TLS/SSL handshake phase and gets stuck in this phase forever without opening up an HTTPS connection with the site. This issue happens even when I try to use Firefox in troubleshoot mode and turn off all extensions. Disabling antivirus and firewall doesn't help either.

Is there some known issue with handshake code of firefox (especially in windows 11)? This issue seem to only happening in Windows 11 and firefox when I try latest firefox in linux or mobile android versions this issue is not happening.
