I have an mid 2007 IMac running El Capitan 10.11.6 I replaced my old Firefox version with a newer incompatible one and now I can’t recover the old version of Firefox. The most current version of Firefox you can run on Mac OS X 10.9, 10.10, 10.11 is Firefox 78.15.0esr as Firefox 79.0 and later requires Mac OS X 10.12 (ten.twelve) at minimum.
