When I opening new webpage, for 1-2 second's i see white blank page (which is normal), the question is: how can I protect my eyes and change this default blank white color screen to something... darker?

Do you have set the preferred color to dark in case that makes a difference?

You can check the Website Appearance setting.

Make sure you don't have privacy.resistFingerprinting enabled in about:config as that will make everything light to reduce fingerprint.
