The Extensions hosted at addons.mozilla.org are only for Firefox for Android and desktop Firefox (for Windows, Linux and macOS).

You can thank Apple's restrictions on what browser engine can be used in iOS/iPadOS as to why there are no Extensions for Firefox on iOS/iPadOS. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-ons-firefox-ios
