display name on e-mails
How can I get the name of the person and their e-mail address to show up when sending an e-mail. Some of my contacts the info does show up for and others it does not.

Already tried the various settings in general. In the old version when you added a contact there was a check box to show display name with the email. In the new version you don't have that option.
