how do I install my avatar to the left of the URL/location bar?
On the address or url bar, there is an icon or avatar to the left of http: People like the mirror, google, facebook etc have their appearing. I want mine to appear when i am addressing one of my blog or websites. How do i do this?

There are a couple ways. The easiest is to save your avatar in ICON format and place it in the root folder of your webserver and name it favicon.ico
If you don't have an image editor that can save your avatar to an .ico file, just use http://www.brothersoft.com/iconshop-download-286575.html and import from various formats.
The other method is to insert code in every webpage as described at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favicon#Standardization_and_implementation
