When I open web page containing 25 or more thumbnail images, the page won't load completely. Some of the images partially load or not at all. No problem with text. I'm using a Windows XP SP3 system. I've refreshed the page and cleared my cache, history and everything else with the same results.

Using Windows VISTA Home Premium.

Same problem; text is OK. Photos on web sites don't reach clarity resulting in hazy "low resolution" photos. I've uninstalled & re-installed the Flash player; also the most up to date Firefox 3.6.8 version; Spybot didn't find any thing. This began happening around 7-15-10.

Good to hear someone else has the same problem with another version of Windows. So, where do we go from here for a solution? I've still not got an answer from anyone and Windows tech support just sends unrelated links. How about you, Paul Sybor? I'm short of reinstalling Windows but I hate that whole painful time-consuming process when I have so much business related software, old and new to reinstall. Yes, I'm whining now.

Only a guess. I wonder if something widespread has been changed in the programming of the servers where to increase download speed, less "bits" of images are transmitted resulting in thumbnails where the small "digital" squares are more visible and the resolution is low resulting in hazy looking photo images. When I click on thumbnails---sometimes the photos resolve with more clarity and sometimes not. Definitely, the download speed has increased since this problem began a month or so ago. Juno is the ISP I use. By chance do you use Juno also?

Paul, no I don't use Juno, I use Wildblue which is a digital satellite internet provider but cost constraints limit us to the least expensive package and the "slowest" high speed satellite connection. Your comments make me wonder if the quality is somewhat affected. I usually don't get hazy looking images, just no image and an empty square.
