The space is there for the toolbar and Bookmarks toolbar is checked but it is blank. I can get to the info thru bookmarks but it's alot easier to just use the toolbar. My system is xp home sp3. Really would like to have this toolbar as I used it constantly. Needless to say I'm spoiled.
