Previously, I was able to play embedded audio and video on the iTunes web site but, having updated the QuickTime plugin on Firefox's advice, I'm no longer able to do so. For both audio and video, the buttons and slider behave as if the clip is playing but there's no sound or vision. I've checked the QuickTime settings and the Firefox plugins as recommended but to no avail. The Flash plugin continues to work for both audio and video. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Here's an update: All I could find on iTunes for an artist in whom I'm interested was a podcast so I tried playing it and, to my amazement, it worked. So the bug affects albums but not podcasts. "Curiouser and curiouser" said Alice.
