McAfee was suddenly appearing in lower right screen corner when Firefox opens to explore the internet and does not appear in any other applications. This has slowed down my usage of internet as i guess the combination of my selected security Norton with the unwanted McAfee cause the search to slow. 1/ Update Firefox to version 9.

2/ Use McAfee removal tool http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=TS100507
