Please give a couple of the firefox crash IDs
The info above possibly represents crash info submitted to microsoft.
Please have a look at the article firefox crashes the useful info here is the Crash ID from very recently submitted crashes. You did post 34365b76-c183-4ae3-b593-11b2bc4aa74a but that does not look like it is a Firefox submitted CrashID. When submitted the Fifefox crash IDs become prefixed with bp- whilst we do not need that prefix it does help confirm that the crash report was successfully submitted, also the string terminates with a plane text numbered date code in the format yymmdd
9d96141e-4870-4521-86b1-357df2120306 Also i liked to add that those crashes happen in safe mode as well.
OK thanks for that. Does this only seem to happen when you minimise Firefox and not otherwise?
Report for your CrashID : 9d96141e-4870-4521-86b1-357df2120306
- Signature: @0x0 | KiUserCallbackDispatcher
Someone else who understands such matters may determine for instance that the problem is with Windows rather than with Firefox.
Perhaps you could provide another couple of CrashIDs, and could you please say what was happening when these crashes occurred, did it happen when you tried to minimise Firefox?
444d9d78-31ec-4a6a-97bd-c56a32120308 latest crash id i got and yes it happens only when i try to minimize firefox everything else works fine.
Tha tgives the same crash signature. It is probably worth trying theWindows 7 afe mode, that you can enter by using the F8 key. If that solves the problem it i a Windows problem,or something that is run from Window that is causing the problem.
If that does not prevent the problem maybe consider filing a bug fo the problem by clicking on the link Report this crash in the Crash ID report.
