it's not safe at all, v3.5.1 was released over three years ago, there are probably hundreds of unfixed security vulnerabilities in this product. the browser is your door to the web, so please update as soon as possible. if you really have to use v.3.5 to access the webinterface of the printer, please use an old portable version (those are not provided by mozilla directly), but only for this purpose...
