Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the menu bar is hidden.
Use "Firefox > History" instead of the History if the menu bar is hidden.

Note that you lose pinned App tabs and also can't reopen pages automatically if you use "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear the history.
