can't access certain sites
Hello,
it's been like 72 hours since the problem started. I can't access many websites like facebook, twitter, even google and I tried a different browsers but still the same. I called my ISP but they told my there is no problem as long as I am able to access many other sites.
Thank you.

ok, the symptoms look like the malware has overwritten your hosts-file (in order to redirect you to malicious website when you type in google.com, twitter.com or other common domain names) - please try the microsoft fixit from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034 in order to tackle the issue.

hello, you may have malware on your pc. please go to firefox > addons > extensions & remove any suspicious entries (in particular Browse2save 3.8, things that you have not installed intentionally, don't know what purpose they serve, etc). also go to the windows control panel / programs and remove all toolbars or potentially unwanted software from there and run a full scan of your system with the security software that you have in place and different other tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.

Hello philipp,
Thank you for trying to help but it seems like the problem still exists. scanned for malwares and uninstalled the toolbars and the Browse2save extension but still the same. Any other solution please ? this problem is so annoying :(
