Not sure what else to say. There is an onscreen touch keypad but it has no function keys. Touching the top of the screen only brings up a context menu with no maximise option.

Do you get a toolbar with the Minimize and Maximize and Close buttons when you hover to the top?

Clicking the Maximize button should leave full screen mode as well.
