I have the Owl add-on for Microsoft Exchange. However, Thunderbird will filter the messages and attempt to forward them but the following messages appear for each instance, "Sending of the message failed. The mail server responded: Request failed; Mailbox unavailable. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again."

I have checked and the three E-mail addresses that I am attempting to forward messages are correct.

Having moved Thunderbird from Drive C: to Drive D:, space saving, and with everything working very well I note that my Address Book is still on Drive C:. Please advise how to move this to Drive D:. Happy New Year, and apologies for the timing of this question.

Under "Personal Address Book", I have several sub-address books, like "From Mike" and "Local". How do I add a new sub-address book. I guess I did this before but either TB has changed or I cannot remember how to do it.

I have several email addresses with Thunderbird. When I open Niels.Wichmann@gmx.de a password is requested which I no longer know. Under privacy and security => saved passwords there is no imap for the account, smtp exists. I can access the account with my app on my cell phone. How can I set a new password or how do I get the password? I can display all other passwords.

Hi I've uploaded a screenshot of the messages in one of my folders on Thunderbird. All the columns in my folders are like the Date column shown here: i.e., there is no space between the limits of the column and the information, except in the Subject column, where there's a margin of about one centimeter. It makes no difference whether the Subject is the first column or preceded by another column (such as From). How can I get rid of that space/margin? Any help much appreciated Michael

I once bought an item from a company by the name of Autumnook Since then everyday I get an email for some bunch of products they want to sell, of no interest to me. There is an Unsubscribe on the bottom of each mail, but it has no effect.

The only email is the 'reply' address support@autumnook.com I have emailed many times - you get an automated 'we will respond within 2 working days' .. and nothing else. On their website the only contact listed is the same support@autumnook.com

Any suggestions how I can get these mails stopped  ?

After starting the PC and launching Thunderbird, a connection to the server is established and the mails are also displayed in the inbox. With every further attempt, whether automatic or manual after starting Thunderbird, no mail is displayed in the taskbar at the bottom. I have switched off Norton 360 and also NordVPN but the problem persists. It also doesn't work when I close and reopen Thunderbird, I need to restart the PC and then it only works once again.

I have about six emails and would like to find them all on Thunderbird. These include iCloud, gmail, design.net.au, and outlook. I find managing the installation difficult. Any ideas to simplify this process?

How can I get my wife's email account with mine on Thunderbird? So far it can not get the information it needs. It is a comcast.net address.

christene54@dodo.com.au has been with firefox forever I have never had an issue but from 100 messages a day to nothing from the 24th of Dec is a big problem for me please fix it or explain to me how i can fix the issue

Good day. This is for my wife. She said she was creating a draft which took her 6 hours. Thunderbird version 115.14.0 64 bit.

She claims she accidentally deleted the draft and now it can not be found. I looked at her computer and it's not in the draft folder nor in the Trash. Can anyone suggest where the file might be or if it's recoverable. I see there are many different types of files used in Thunderbird, but, I don't know where her info might be.
