It starts out as soon as FIREFOX is opened with stating that FIREFOX is "non-responsive." This will happen every 30 seconds or so. Then it will get jammed in the non-responsive state or just plain crash.

Is there anyone that can help me???

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Most of your crashes are caused by out of memory errors, caused when Firefox takes up too much memory and crashes. Unfortunately these are rather generic, so it's going to take a sort of shotgun approach to resolve this:

Let me know if these steps help.

hello tami9117, those crashes appear to happen when your system is running out of free memory - in addition there seem to be some malicious addons present in your profile, so please try all these steps:

  1. reset firefox (this will keep your bookmarks and passwords)
  2. afterwards go to the firefox menu ≡ > addons > extensions and in case there are still extensions listed there, disable them.
  3. finally run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner to make sure that adware isn't present in other places of your system as well.
