I located this via google which may explain things.
So, do you have an account with goDaddy ? Are you trying to send an email via the wrong smtp account ?
Please provide: In thunderbird Help > TRoubleshooting Information click on 'copy text to clipboard' In this question in the forum, right click on Reply box and select 'paste'. You can edit/remove all the info on fonts and printers, but do not edit anything else.
Sorry, but Thunderbird works on bulgarian language. The problem is for account 1

Assuming the FROM email address is correct:
Please check it is correct.
Tools > Account Settings for the pop mail account
Email Address: make sure it is correct - no typos etc.
The error message you are receiving is from the server not Thunderbird.
It could mean that your email address or domain is being blocked for spam reasons by the recipient domain or your ISP. As it looks like you have other email addresses eg: account 3 and 4, using the same domain - the bit after the @ - it is more likely to be the email address. If you know you have not been sending anything that could be regarded as spam, perhaps someone has been abusing your email address and using it without your knowledge. Your ISP may be able to help to ascertain whether this is the cause.
Does this occur whenever you send any email from that account or just to when sending to specific people ? If it only happens when you send to specific email addresses, but not all, then only those recipient domains are blocking you.
Does it occur when you send an email to the same person as before (one that bounced back), but this time sent from same email address via the webmail account? If the email does not get the same error message then it may be linked to your IP address being blocked.
You could try to force a new IP address by switching off computer and router, waiting for eg: 5 minutes or longer and then switching it all back on again. Some more helpful stuff on changing IP address.
