Sorry, what is the difference between DuckDuckGo and DuckDuckGo HTML? When I test, I do get suggestions from the search bar. It also seems to be working for me on the built-in Firefox home page. I have attached example screen shots. Is yours failing in those places, or somewhere else? Note: I used to have an extra DDG search plugin from their website, I think, but lately I am only using the built-in one (English U.S. version of Firefox).
