If you change the password of the Sync account or request a new password because you do not remember the password that this will delete (reset) all data stored on the Sync server and this data is lost and can't be restored.

The Sync service uses a sync key to encrypt data locally before uploading to the Sync server. This Sync key is generated internally from the password of your Firefox account, so you do not need to worry about it. Without the correct password it isn't possible to generate the correct Sync key and decrypt data retrieved from the Sync server. The Sync key changes when you change the password of the Firefox account, you lose all data stored on the Sync server when you change the password of the Sync account.

Hi Javad.

How exactly have you connected to Sync again? Do you remember the old password before the reinstallation, or have you reset it?

It's written right in the first step here). We also mention that it the KB article I've lost my Firefox Sync account information - What to do.

EDIT: Filed bug 1243004 to escalate this, as you are not the first one who is facing this problem.
