why cant i get onto a google hangout on firefox
when im signed on to google hangouts and i try to joint a live call, it takes me right to the help page instead of loading the video.

No information was supplied when making this question which would have given us details on your Video Card Drivers and if they were corrupt or not. No was Extension information supplied.
Along with what security software are you using ? Are you browsing on Private Mode ?
Try Firefox Safe Mode to TEST & see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).
If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu:
