V4.0.1 does not ignore IE conditional statements anymore. Had to drop back to 3.6 which works fine.

Developing a site and using IE conditional statements for the flash player difference between IE and other browsers. Upgraded to 4.0.1 and saw that Firefox no longer ignored the IE statements: do something If I deleted the IE block, Firefox 4.0.1 would display the page perfectly. But putting the block in and even moving it around causes 4.0.1 to display weird formatting. Tried web page code in another computer with 3.6.17 and it works great, so had to downgrade my development computer to Firefox 3.6.17.

Yes, my plugins were outdated. I had just uninstalled V4.0.1 and installed 3.6.17 in its place in order to remove the problem 4.0.1 has with no longer ignoring the IE conditional code. I posted the problem here before I had updated the addins. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
