Support Mozilla Site Issue
While it may seem like a good idea to auto detect the OS/application/version (e.g., Mac/Firefox/9) and generate support content specific to the combination, there should be a option (link) on the page to look at other or all combinations.
I find it frustrating to have to use User Agent Switcher to get information for a different OS/application/version when helping folks on Mozillazine where I'm a moderator. Most of those needing help are on Win and I'm on a Mac so I initially get info for the Mac OS.

I agree as I just wonder why it was moved down and is now essentially out of view unless you scroll down or have a resolution that can allow you to view it on page.

Hi RobertJ,
Thanks for helping users on Mozillazine, you rock! You should see a box on the right side of the page at the very bottom titled 'Article is for', so you can change to a different OS/browser version. It should stay on that version throughout your session. Let me know if that doesn't work for you.
Thanks again for all you do. Michelle
Robert,
See the screenshot below = bottom of the right-column under Check your Plugins.
The "Article is for:" used to be more visible on right without any scrolling needed, before it was moved to below the sidebar on right.
I know what you mean as I get Linux when I may have wanted to see info for Windows.
Robert is right. The "article is for" system is a design failure. The default should always be that you see all information unless you select a specific os in which case you should see only information for that os.
Thanks mluna. Will give that a try. Didn't know that was there and didn't notice the "+" by the OS and the Browser/version.

I agree that it is not easy enough to find, I'll point the UX folks to this post. By the way, we are doing a SUMO Day today, if you want to join a bunch of us answering questions on this forum and helping new folks participate, would love to have you join us!
cheers, Michelle
