When I access this website with Firefox I can't move beyond the first page. The problem's the same on our second computer. If we use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer it all works fine. I've tried unblocking pop-ups in the option settings and it makes no difference. I can't compare directly the internet access settings in the other browsers re proxy servers because I basically don't understand the information shown on the screens! Help!!!!!!

If you are using any ad blocking extensions, could you try making an exception for the site?

If that doesn't help and you want someone to look at your add-ons list, you can copy and paste it from the second table here ("Extensions"):

Help > Troubleshooting Information

Alternately, you can try those sites with your add-ons disabled using Firefox's Safe Mode. Use

Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

In the dialog, don't check any boxes, just click "Continue in Safe Mode." If the sites work as designed, then the most likely culprit is one of your add-ons.

Does that help at all?

Seems to work for me, but it's my first visit.

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

1. Clear Firefox's Cache

orange Firefox button or Tools menu > Options > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Offline Storage : "Clear Now"

2. If needed, delete the site's cookies here

While viewing a page on the site, right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

Then try reloading the page and clicking through the links. Does that help?

No I'm afraid none of this works - but thanks for trying! When I try to get to page two on the site, then use the browser back button to return to page one, most of page one has disappeared as well and won't reload!

Yes this worked - great stuff and thank you wherever you are! Using Firefox in safe mode without the add-ons cured the problem. I now just have to work out which one it is!

Turns out it was an add-on called "DoNotTrackPlus" causing the problem - which does what it says on the tin except, oddly, for this one site I use daily. Other users may encounter problems so be warned.
