Hi lih227, There is no signature or stack trace in the portion of the crash that you provided, which normally use to help find what might be causing the crash. However, this does not mean it is not actionable.
- Can we try to install a beta version or aurora on this computer? http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/ A new installation may help eliminate a profile corruption or installation corruption. (Note when you install a new version, change the default folder of the installation. This will create more than one installation of Firefox, but will have an independent profile without erasing the current profile installed)
- There is a high amount of memory used on this report, does Safe Mode help? or a new profile? Are there other applications running when it crashes?
What have you already tried? Thank you!
