When I go to "Tools" / "Plug-Ins" and click on "Check To see If Plugins Are Up To Date" it goes to Mozilla Check Your Plugin Page, but fails to show plugins or checked plugins update status. I am using OS X 10.10.2 / Firefox 35.0.1 / February-7-2015

Tried, re-installing over original, clearing cookies, clearing cache and starting in Safe Mode to no avail. Mozilla has gone of track once again. Situations like this are among the causes for Firefox rapidly losing Browser share. Another ridiculous oversight and there's never any support for when things do go awry. No professional concern, with a competent cause and cure. none.

Ironically the "check to see if your plugins are up to date" web site loads the plugins and their update status in Safari and Chromium. But still does not show the plugins or their update status when loaded in Firefox 35.0.1 on OS X 10.10.2.

Need info and a fix, please... Thanks! Whitebuck

Once again, instead of support from Mozilla, I receive feigned concern, subjective censor and threats!

Madasan sent you (Whitebuck) the following message:

Madalina, it appears that we have a dissimilar understanding and intent of "asap."

"Many Thanks!"
