I have transferred my rss feeds from Feed Demon to Thunderbird and they all work except this one: http://www.lighthousetrailsresearch.com/blog/?feed=rss2 I have emailed the lighthouse trails folk and they answered that they could see no reason why this rss address will not function in Thunderbird.

Your assistance would be appreciated please, otherwise I will have to abandon Thunderbird.

Kind regards, James Ellis.

It works in Firefox, so it does seem to be a valid feed.

The process of adding it to Thunderbird tells me it is a valid URL but not necessarily a valid feed, maybe because it is lacking a title. I don't know if this is enough to kill it. In Firefox, there is a space to add your own title, though it works well enough without, offering the feed's URL as a proxy title.

Maybe if you pass link this to them they could accommodate the recommendation it makes.
