Firefox is blocking Turbo Taxes 'It's Deductible' program from working properly. Turbo Tax worked with me to find the problem and after using Internet Explorer and it worked, they determined something must be wrong on my end with Firefox. One month prior it did work so I am thinking something was wrong with the last update I did.

Is this about a Firefox extension (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)?

Current Firefox releases require extensions to be signed to prevent abuse by malware. In Firefox 43 unsigned extensions will be disabled by default. You can set xpinstall.signatures.required to false to disable this security feature in Firefox 43. In release and beta builds of Firefox 44 and later you can no longer override this.

Unfortunately, the answer to my problem is beyond my ability to understand what they are talking about. If I have to make changes whenever an upgrade is made to my browser so that I can continue using websites that I currently use, then that browser is of no use to me. I am retired, no longer in the workforce, which is where I kept my computer skills updated; as time goes by and I am no longer taking classes to keep my computer knowledge updated then I cannot keep up with Firefox's changes. With this being said, I will have to find another browser that is more customer friendly to those with my level of computer skills.

Sorry! Don't leave this is a new thing and not the best idea in my oppinion, we aren't a customer support we are community support! FireFox is open source and this means anyone with computer skills can contribute for example I am a teen and love programming but not skilled enough for coding exactly well for Firefox at least. I have my own Webbrowser I have worked on for almost a year, and it is a learning experience. I say this as this isn't a paid support team or anything its just a small contribution to help users like you, and yeah it seems tough but we are here to guide you, and give plenty of information to get your user experience to max, every browser has it's downfalls but Firefox is the most community and widely used browser!
