When I'm trying to rotate a 3D object inside a viewer in firefox, shortcuts goes haywire, sometimes I go back like if I had pressed backspace, sometimes new blank pages opens, sometimes it opens a page I had closed before. Overall trying to see a 3D model in sketchfab or wowhead model viewer is triggering some shortcut in the middle mouse button and I can't find where to disable it.

Anyone have any clues?
