I'm lost. My clients are trying to send me information but are getting the above return message from Mozilla thunderbird. I do not have a full in box and actually deleted out more mail last Friday-but it still shows this message. How can this be corrected?

That would be a message from your providers server, not Thunderbird. Did you compact the Inbox after deleting messages? If not do that. File-Compact Folders

After deleting messages-syncing my computer did the trick to solving the problem. I recently purchased a new computer and my old one used to automatically sync my emails-whereas this one doesn't. The options/commands are different on the new computer and it took me awhile to understand where they were at and the old command of "File-Compact Folders" is now " Sync" on the new computer. Thank you for the help!
