After updating firefox to version 56.0 I haven't been able to watch netflix.

It works on chrome but not firefox.

The widevine module won't install. I've tried toggling DRM on and off but it doesn't work. I've deactivated my anti-virus (ESET NOD32). I uninstalled firefox and removed all it's contents and reinstalled but nothing seems to work.

Is the widevine module a plugin?

Firefox v52+ disables all plugins except for Flash Why do Java, Silverlight, Adobe Acrobat and other plugins no longer work? {web link}

Try to toggle DRM off/on to see if that makes Firefox (re)load DRM components.

Wait a few (10-20) seconds before re-enabling DRM.

Like I posted in my original comment, I already toggled the "Play DRM" button and it didn't fix my problem. I Waiting, I did it quickly but nothing works.
