When trying to collect data on people hitting our web sites I always see Firefox 52.0 from ESR version from own company. We have upgraded from 52.5.2 to 52.7.3 and still see User Agent 52.0, we use tools to track hits to our sites and seem Firefox is not adding sub version to its ESR version of the browser. We use they tools to track performance and find issue with different browser version but for Firefox we can not tell the true version if visitor is using ESR versions.

That has been the case to almost 8 years now. Mozilla very purposely only displays / sends the gross version number as part of the UserAgent and shows what is basically a null date of 20100101 to reduce the "fingerprint" / traceability of Firefox.

Also, no differentiation for the ESR minor version numbers, either. It shows the gross release version number from which the ESR version was based upon.
