WIN7/64 bit - all latest updates. Since v58.x (and now v60), my Optimum Webmail client will not open in Firefox. I just get a spinning wheel. I can log into optimum.net (the host). I can even see how many new emails I've received, I just can't open my email inbox.

Been using FF for @20 years (since late 90s), and have used this same email client all along. What has changed? When I fall back to pre-v58 version of FF all is well.

Thanks, Danny V.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}
