Hello neiderer,

Would you try this please :

Clear the Firefox cache - see :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems - see :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-cookies-remove-info-websites-stored

(scroll down to : "Delete cookies for a single site")

'Hope that works ......

Your system details show that you are using an old Firefox version, probably because you visit sites that require the Java plugin  ?

If you absolutely need Java, then maybe you could use this ESR version :

https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/52.9.0esr/

Your system details also show that you are running a very, very old Flash version, which can cause problems.

To uninstall, please see : https://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/debian-ubuntu-mint-linux-upgrade-flash-player.html

To download the latest version : https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
