additional info: Yahoo mail also thinks I have an outdated browser "The new Yahoo Mail is no longer supported on your browser..."

Before you answered I found that incorrect setting and switched it from Linux to Windows. Don't know why it was wrong. Seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you for the quick reply.
