After a crash, I clicked on Start New Session by mistake, instead of Restore Previous session. As a result I lost all my widows and tabs. If I click restore session now, I only get my default page window and nothing else.Very frustrating. What can be done?

Complementary information: On another computer I have the opposite problem. Last week it crashed and firefox returned me a session dating from April, which I had thought lost at the time! So, I know it must be possible. After all, all my viewing details are currently preserved in my History

COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On my personal profile folder, I have found an earlier entry for 29/06/2019 which contains a reference to most of the windows and tabs I need to recover, whereas those for today only contain what pages I have accessed to search for help, such as this page. There are no files for intermediary dates despite the fact I have used this computer and used firefox on it between 29/06 and today. Can I retrieve intermediary sessions, or if the worst comes to the worst, can I retrieve the 29/06 session? Thanks. How
