yahoo mail- cannot pull up contacts list- icon is blue & does nothing how do i fix?

For me those icons are purple. It looks like you already did all the reset steps. Do you have this issue with their old interface? You can access it by clicking the following link: https://mail.yahoo.com/b/

You can also go directly to settings by clicking on this link: https://mail.yahoo.com/d/settings/
