Credit card integration terminal pop-up

more options

Hi, I just setup CC integration with a card reader (USB plug-in) for my website. I am unable to accept payments with the swiper because a pop-up is being blocked. I have given permission for FFox to allow it, as well as turning of enhanced tracking protection with no luck. I was able to open the terminal and charge are card on chrome without issue. The person who trained me on this terminal said it was designed around Chrome but I would really like to avoid using Chrome for my electronic health records and payments. Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Hi Russ, you granted permission to a particular site using that infobar which comes up when a popup is blocked? Did you try turning off the popup blocker completely on the Preferences page? See: Pop-up blocker settings, exceptions and troubleshooting.

If you check the company's website, do they have any information on Firefox troubleshooting? If not, have you searched more generally online for issues with that brand of device or software on Firefox? (I'd do the search, but I don't have enough information to do one...)
