Hi, No matter what I do I cannot send an email. I use spectrum and they say it is a Thunderbird problem and will not help. I have used Thunderbird for years with no problems and one of my computers does work. But this computer will not. Here is the error I receive: Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: impout002.msg.chrl.nc.charter.net cmsmtp 108.147.228.33 blocked. Please see https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/understanding-email-error-codes for more information. AUP#Out-1130. Thanks, Charles

Please review this link as it looks exactly like your problem and appears to offer the solution. This is not a Thunderbird problem. Please let me know.
