Yesterday, FF updated itself automatically to Version 3.6.6. Also, ZA Free upgraded to version version 9.2.057

Worked just fine until I turned the laptop on after lunch. Received a error message when trying to open FF "XUL Runner ERror: Platform Version 1.9.2.4 is not compatible with miniVersion >= 1.9.2.6 maxiVersion >= 1.9.2.6

From what I can gather I need to uninstall Mozilla from C drive before installing FF again. Here in lies my query:

The attachment show the contents of Mozilla folder on C drive Firefox folder on C Drive is basically the same. Do I delete the entire contents of both, one or the other?

EDIT: Attachment wouldn't load so here is the list:

A list of the files: CHROME COMPONENTS DEFAULTS DICTIONARIES EXTENSIONS GREPREFS MODULES PLUGINS RES SEARCHPLUGINS UNINSTALL

You can see that the updater had a problem with a few files: AccessibleMarshal.dll.moz-backup application.ini.mox-backup firefox.exe.moz-callback

These files could not be updated because they were probably locked or used by security software. You need to remove all files to be sure that they all can be recreated by doing a clean reinstalll.
