Hope this is the right section of the Forum to post this problem in.

Usually, when I go to a site that requires a sign in, I sign in once and can stay signed in until I shut down the computer (or close FF).

But starting today, after the upgrade to 3.6.8, FF is signing me out every time I close the window, and I have to sign in again each time.

If I ought to post this somewhere else, let me know.

Um, this feels like taking my car into the shop: the problem is not happening now.

But . . . is there anything I can know about this sort of thing in general, so if it happens again, I can figure it out?

(fwiw: I used to be able to stay into some sites for weeks at a time (ex: Yahoo), but all of a sudden, maybe a year ago?, FF started signing me out each time I shut the computer down. I couldn't figure it out, but this current problem seemed like a more extreme version of that. So, any input on things related to sign-in/sign-out stuff is much appreciated.)
