Can you try describing in more detail what problem you are having with Firefox? It looks like Firefox starts. We detected that you are using version 3.6.8 which is very old. I suggest you download and install the latest version from mozilla.org/firefox

I don't know what's happened to Mozilla's customer support. At least IE responds to inquiries. I've gotten no response from email question and for almost 2 weeks whenever I go to chat, it's closed. Not that I think you care, but I'm going to Chrome if no response to this. Never thought I'd see this day come.

1. updates crash 2. going to newer version removes some of the add-ons I like the most.
