contact board administrator
when I try to log in to Mozilla Add-Ons I get a page that says:
Oops! We had an error.
I have cleared cookies and cache. When I try to sign in to post a question on the Mozilla Add-on Forum I get the message: The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator. But nowhere can I find how to contact a board administrator. HELP!

Make sure your verified your account via email.
Try with forgot password and check it out.
I tried that and reset my password but when I log in it takes me to a page "oops we had an error" try refreshing or head back to addon homepage. And if I refresh or go to the homepage to log in, it takes me back to the oops page.
Are you able to login with you AMO Username at https://forums.mozilla.org ? as you could ask for help in https://forums.mozilla.org/addons/viewforum.php?f=26

When I try to log in at https://forums.mozilla.org/ I get the following message:
"The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator."
I can't find how to contact a board administrator.
I am having a similar problem. My old user name is not recognized at MozillaZine forums. If I try to register again it says my email address is already in use and I should contact a Board Administrator to fix it.
How are these people contacted? I've run into similar situations other places as well.

rellem,
MozillaZine is not related to Mozilla or to this support forum, despite the similarity in the name.

edmeister,
I'm well aware of that fact, but there was no way to find a path to the answer until I threw it out here in the hope someone knew the answer. After all, there is a relationship between firefox and mozillaZine.
It's kind of hard to determine who is with who since it's not very clearly defined and the administration access of neither is identified.
Thanks for the info and the chiding.
