Find bar revert

In FF25 the Find function (Ctrl-F) was changed for some reason.

I used to have 20 tabs open and then switch from one to the next using Ctrl-PgDn and Alt-N to check for occurrences of a specific text in those tabs.

This helped me go through chunks of texts quickly without having to constantly switch between keyboard and mouse. In other words: the availability of both input methods was what did it for me.

This is now missing. Is there any way of revertiing to the Find function of FF24? Thanks

it was changed, does the Findbar Tweak addon help restore it?

Alt+n no longer finds next. In the tab-specific bar, if you come to a tab where the bar is not displayed, pressing F3 or Ctrl+g will open the bar and find the first match for the last search (the last search in a currently open tab). If your muscle memory is too strong to switch to one of those keys, hopefully the add-on suggested by Waka_Flocka_Flame will work for you.
