Husband's email account says he can't send emails; this happened on my account a few weeks ago but I can't remember how to fix it. Can someone look at these screen shots and tell me what we need to fix? Thank you so much for your help! (NOTE: Spectrum is the provider.)

I would like to know how an individual can view the total headers in an email. In particular, I would like to open the headers that show who the email was sent to......

I read another person's question along the same lines, but did not notice an answer.

I got an email from Microsoft saying my Live.com or Outlook.com email accounts won't be supported in Thunderbird UNLESS I change the settings to OAuth2 in incoming and outgoing server settings.

I even REMOVED the email account and re-added it making sure it was OAuth2.

But for my live.com & outlook.com email accounts I continually get prompts for passwords from Thunderbird. Sometimes I can't even click the RED X at the upper right to shut the prompt down. I just happens over and over until I give it what it wants.

I am tempted to shut down all Microsoft email accounts and switch to Gmail.

I have Thunderbird version 115.12.2 (64-bit) I used Windows 11 23H2 build 22631.3810 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1020.0

Any idea how to stop these prompts?

I like Thunderbird much more than any other email program I have ever used, and would like to keep it

Past few times now every single time i boot up my PC, Firefox instantly opens itself and immidietly redirects me to a add. It's been casinos etc, i've disabled my addons just in case that is what was causing the issue also i do not have Firefox set to instantly open on PC start up either yet it does for some reason.

Printer help needed! Where is my default IOS printer (Epson ET-4850) & where is the print option in Firefox? The bigger question is how do I connect my default IOS printer to Firefox?Thus far I have no way to print from Firefox therefore have deployed the workaround of copying web address into Safari and printing from there. I do not want to spend hours researching something that should be simple and likely is something that most of you already know. Here I am 10 yrs post retirement I’m already feeling outdated & very stressed 😟 Thank you for any information & help you might share!

i recently made a firefox account synced the data cuz i was getting a new pc. Then when i went to login with the same account none of my bookmarks, passwords or anything was there. It just gave me a fresh account.

I've been using Thunderbird for years with no issues. It's set up using IMAP and downloads emails from the web from my ISP. I have several different email account with my ISP. They are all set up to download to Thunderbird. All but one is working fine.

My primary email, however, is only downloading intermittently. It downloads all my emails on start up, then doesn't download any more unless I close Thunderbird and re-open. This is a new issue. Nothing has changed in my set up which is configured identically for all my email address (and the others are working fine).

I recently did a system recovery on one of my HP Windows 7 Pro notebooks and afterwards installed Thunderbird 115.12.2 64-bit on it as I have on another identical HP Windows 7 Pro notebook. I had exported the address books from the working notebook and when I imported them into the new system they show up under address and when I star any of the addresses contained in them Thunderbird completes the auto fill. However if I try to get the autofill to work by starting the names of the actual address books Thunderbird doesn't recognize the address books. Also, if I make a new address book and add names to it it will not be recognized with autofill. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I regularly send to the recipients of the address books. I installed a new hard drive and reloaded my win11.Before I did this I followed the instructions to save my email. after all was done i tried to follow the instructions to restore my email. Am not sure what happened but it looks like I have lost all of my email. any suggestions or places to go for help Roger

When I attempt to watch videos on YouTube, the playback is consistently choppy. This occurs regardless of the video’s quality setting, and it happens both on Wi-Fi and cellular data. The video frequently pauses to buffer, even though the loading bar indicates that the video has already buffered up to a certain point. Additionally, I notice a significant drop in video quality, and the screen sometimes freezes while the audio continues to play. The problem persists across different videos and channels, suggesting it is not specific to any particular content.
